• Identity & Tax Information: Full legal name, business name (if applicable), Social Security Number or EIN (via W-9 form), and tax classification.
• Banking Information: Bank name, routing number, and account number for payout processing.
• Contact Information: Email address, mailing address, phone number.
• Performance Data: Referral click counts, conversion counts, commission earnings, and payout history.

3. How We Use Affiliate Information

• To process and issue commission payouts
• To fulfill IRS reporting requirements (Form 1099-NEC for earnings ≥ $600)
• To verify affiliate identity and prevent fraud
• To communicate program updates, payment confirmations, and policy changes

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell affiliate data. We may share affiliate information with payment processors, accounting software, or government authorities as required by law. Banking information is stored encrypted and accessed only for payout processing.

5. Data Retention

Affiliate tax and payment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with IRS regulations. You may request deletion of non-required data by contacting us at privacy@mybizHub.com.
